BT-SHP Series:

 

Add Versatility to your Backhoe with our BT-SHP Series Backhoe Thumbs.  These Thumbs are Available in a Pin On Mechanical Positioning Configuration with the Option to add a Hydraulic Positioing Kit at Any Time.  The Base for Mechanical or Hydraulic Units is Weld-On. 

These Thumbs Share the Same Pivot Pin as the Bucket which Means that the Tip of the Thumb is always Matched up with the Tip of the Bucket. These thumbs also fit tighter to the Bucket than Generic weld on Thumbs Ensuring Maximum Grip on Objects.

The SHP Series Thumbs Consist of 2 Models designed specifically for the KIOTI Compact Backhoes.  Mechanical Models are 4 Position Including Self Contained Storage Position Tight Against the Dipper Stick.  All Models are available in Mechanical or Hydraulic Positioning.

All Kits Include New Pivot Pin for Thumb and Bucket to Hinge On.  Grease-able Main Pivot Bushings and Cylinder Ends are Standard.

Hydraulic Positioning Control Kits:

 

Hydraulic Positioning Thumbs allow the Operator to Position the thumb anywhere in its Range of Motion Including the Storage Position from the Operator Platform.  This can save a lot of time when working on a job that may require Digging Operations mixed with Debris Moving.  We offer Add-On Kits for our Mechanical Thumbs and Full Hydraulic Thumb Packages.

Our kits are complete for installation and do not require any additional parts.
